Okay...so awhile ago a fashion trend re-interperting the 1980's into hip new outfits helped hipsters decide what to wear each morning. One day a celebrity who was in a raunchy teen comedy (American Pie) made a movie that made her momentarily seem like a serious actress because her innocent sexuality was threatened by an older man and she lay in rose pedals for promo shots (American Beauty).

And then her career went away.

So she went to fashion week and clung to the 1980s fashion trend with such gusto and fervor that, as she dragged her nails clinging to the limelight, she made quite the mess:
